Two cups, a front clasp, and nothing else. The Laetitia holds with a medical-grade silicone lining across the whole inner face rather than a band around the ribs, which is what lets it disappear under a backless dress.
It works best on clean, dry skin with no lotion, and it will hold for an evening. It is not an everyday bra and we would not pretend otherwise.
